Introduction to nitrogen cabinet

The nitrogen cabinet is continuously filled with nitrogen into the cabinet. Since nitrogen is an inert gas, it can reduce the humidity inside the cabinet and isolate various adverse effects caused by air on the objects. Therefore, it is commonly used to preserve high-precision products so that the product won’t oxidize and produce variations.

Main specification

Due to the need of maintaining the cabinet cleanliness and stability, the cabinet materials must be made of SUS304 and well-sealed. Therefore, the cabinet shall be fully welded and polished, and with various components that help to gas seal and make easy replacement in the future. The nitrogen inlet pipe also shall be specially designed to make the gas evenly ventilated. Since the storage habits and objects of different manufacturers are different, the cabinet size and configuration are all customized one.

Nitrogen control

Normally, a floating ball type flowmeter is used to control the nitrogen gas inflow, yet, an advanced temperature and humidity control system can be selected. The function is to display the temperature and humidity in the cabinet, and control the nitrogen consumption by humidity, used to achieve stable humidity in the cabinet and save nitrogen consumption.
